Changing replication properties shows "Files not Synchronized"
Description

Changing replication properties for replication target from "Yes" to "No" for a Domain Controller that has the Administrative Service installed, displays "Files not synchronized".
Cause

Windows FRS for the Domain Controller is not complete yet.
Resolution

Once the Windows FRS for the Domain Controller is completed successfully, the status will show the updated date and time, and the replication status doesn't depend on Replicate = Yes or No.

	Changing replication properties for replication target from "Yes" to "No" for a Domain Controller that has the Administrative Service installed, displays "Files not synchronized".
