When using the PST Importer utility to import PST files, some of the imports fail with the following errors:
Error in current PST File: C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Desktop\User\User.pst
Exception is: Worker for PSTImporter C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Desktop\User\User.pst terminated unexpectedly with exit code 3221225477, state DEAD
Exchange Store Manager Worker Application has encountered a problem and needs to close.
The PST file is either corrupt or was created with an old version of Outlook and does not contain all required info.
Open the PST in Outlook 2003 or greater and create a new empty PST file then copy the contents from the old PST to the new PST.
Use the PST Importer to import this new PST file.
