How can one customize Service Email Notifications? -
Description
It appears there is no method to alter the format of a Service email since one can only enter the email destination.
Can an Enhancement Request be generated to provide this functionality?

STATUS: FGL-19254 was implemented in Foglight 5.9.2 and higher.
NOTE: Related Knowledge Article 65419 How to direct email alerts based on O/S type?The following Registry Variables can be customized for a rule triggered on a Service.
- Email Subject: alarm.notification.template.subject
- Email Greeting: alarm.notification.template.body.greeting
- Email Sender Signature: alarm.notification.template.body.signature
The concept is to scope these registry variables to your particular Service and set their unique string values to a particular Service Topology object.
This in turn replaces the default system rule's Subject, and or Greeting / Signature.Begin: In the Service Builder dashboard, set your target email address for each service.
