Description
When redirecting a restore from ARCserve 15.0 to Recovery Manager for Exchange 4.9.2 the Microsoft Exchange Server - Database Level (IS) is no longer seen under the Recovery Manager for Exchange node on the Destination tab in ARCserve.

Cause
A new prerequisite to work with ARCserve 15.0 is to have the ARCserve Backup Manager installed on the Recovery Manager for Exchange machine. Also, ARCserve 15.0 will only restore a 32-bit Exchange 2003 backup to Recovery Manager for Exchange that is installed on a 32-bit Operating System with Exchange 2003 ESM tools.

Resolution
Install Recovery Manager for Exchange on a 32-bit Operating System as well as the Exchange 2003 ESM tools and the ARCserve Backup Manager.

Recovery Manager for Exchange v4.9.2 is the first version to support ARCServe v15.0
