Run Space Manager as a non-administrator user then an error shows as follows:
Cannot open file "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\SpaceManager\connection.hst". Access is denied
WORKAROUND:
Ask an Administrator to give permission to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\SpaceManager\ folder for the non-administrator user.
