On Source:
sp_ctrl> copy config <active config> to <new config>
sp_ctrl> edit config <new config>
Add the new table to the config.
sp_ctrl> verify config <new config>
sp_ctrl> activate config <new config>
Now you have a new config activated with the new table, without deactivation or down time.
