Being Promtped for Credentials when accessing Website from Remote Browser. -
Description
You are able to access the reports from the Local server but when you access them from the Remote server is prompts for Credentials. Seeing the same behaviour when accessing the Default Web site remotly. Only Windows Authenicaiton was enabled and all permissions were verified

Cause
A Micrsoft Windows Update to .net framework 3.5.1 is the cause of the issue. -
Resolution
Follow the Steps below to fix the issue.
1. Open Server Manager.
2. Expand Roles Expand Web Server (IIS) and select Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
3. Expand the Default Web Site.
4. Select MessageStatsReports
5. Select Authentication in the Right hand pane.
6. Right click on Windows Authentication and select Advanced Setting.
7. Uncheck Enable Kernel-mode authentication and click OK.
8. Restart IIS
