Description
The NetMonitor agent fails with the following error message:

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Check that the NetMonitor agent is not configured with an external IP address that is being blocked by a firewall.
STATUS:
CR OS-708 has been raised to address this issue.
Waiting for fix in a future release of Cartridge for Operating Systems. -
