Error 8004010F is seen when attempting to enter the user credentials in the Exchange portion of the Notes Migrator for Exchange tool.
"Connection to Exchange server was not successful"
This is a Windows Messaging subsystem issue in most cases if the following have been verified.
- SMTP address has been verified as the Primary address
- Outlook client is installed and configured.
A repair of the Outlook installation has been shown to resolve this issue, alternatively - install a different version of the Outlook Client tool.
