The error message below is displayed when launching the Content Matrix Console:
One of the following scenarios may cause the error message to occur:
4. Contact your Quest sales representative and request for assistance to reset the license key for the corresponding farm ID/s. Or, purchase additional license capacity, instead.
5. Once the license key has been modified, update both the Content Matrix Console and Organizer/License Check. You may click here for instructions on how to update the Content Matrix license key.
