Limited Access permission is granted by SharePoint to a user when he is given permissions on individual objects (e.g. sub-site, list, item) with broken permission inheritance. However, it cannot be managed through the SharePoint API. For additional information, please click here.
Content Matrix does not migrate Limited Access permissions. However, a list level permission (Copy List > Paste List Objects > Permissions) migration may be performed as a workaround.
