Prolonged login time, 1 minute for end users. (4322248)

Any end user when trying to logon to the AM website using Forms Based Authentication takes about a minute to login. This happens when you are authenticating to a Windows 2008 DC

1:) When admins login they do not see this delay.

2:) This delay is not seen if you "remember password" and close the browser

3:) This delay is not seen when using Windows Authentication.

On Windows 2008 DCs, authentication occurs more with UDP 88 (Kerberos) than in previous versions of Windows DCs that used UDP 389. The client may be hitting a connection limit on the firewall with UDP 88 (number of concurrent connections).

Increase the concurrent UDP 88 connections allowed and reduced the timeout for those sessions
