When using the Exchange Utility to reconstruct a mailbox a "http 401 error - Unauthorized" is received at the web service login prompt.
This can occur when prompted for credentials to the Archive Manager website on the server.
One or more of the following resolutions may apply in this scenario.
Resolution 1
Add the archive manager website to the Local Intranet zone in the Internet Options - Security tab.
Resolution 2
Ensure Windows authentication is being used by the Archive Manager website.
Resolution 3
Disable the loop back check that windows performs when the website and application are on the same server. See SOL53396 to resolve this issue.
