ADC failed to connect to Active Directory root when trying to import users from different domain (4322040)

Below error is seen in the ADC logs when connecting to Resource domain

12:04:45.587 6 FATAL ADC Engine CheckConnectivity failed. Unable to connect to Active Directory RootDSE for 'GC://FMS-DC-01.FMS.local/DC=fms,DC=local

Below is a sample  ADC.config file that shows how a Resource Domain would be specified..

Try to remove the dc=user, dc=local in the <ResourceURL> and save the ADC.config file, now ADC can able to synchronize the users from Resource domain.
