Error: "Unable to register stoarge . The file cannot be accessed by the system.”
Description

This problem occurs when the account under which the Recovery Manager Console is running
does not have sufficient access rights on the target Exchange Server.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Resolution 1:
Start the Recovery Manager Console under an account that has Read access right to the files located on the Exchange Server database files you want to register.
Resolution 2:
Copy the .edb file that needs to be registered to a location on which the account under which the Recovery Manager Console is running has Read access right, and then register the file from there.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Recovery Manager for Exchange.
