No results are displayed when User Search for an email using Keyword or email address

SQL Job - Mailbox Maintenance - Link Journal Messages By Email – ArchiveManager is not enabled.

Please note that running this job the first time will take a significant amount of time due to the number of messages needed to be linked to a mailbox. After the job has completed, all archived messages from the journaling account will display in the root of users mailboxes.

If this is the first time running this job, please run the job manually first before enabling and setting a schedule:

1. Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
2. Navigate to SQL Server-> SQL Server Agent -> Jobs.
3. Right click the "Mailbox Maintenance - Link Journal Messages By Email - ArchiveManager" job.
4. Select "Start Job at Step"
5. This will start the process of linking messages to email addresses.

Once the above job has completed successfully, proceed to steps below.

1. Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
2. Navigate to SQL Server-> SQL Server Agent -> Jobs.
3. Right click the "Mailbox Maintenance - Link Journal Messages By Email - ArchiveManager" job.
4. Select the 'enable' checkbox.
5. By default the job is scheduled to run every 60 minutes,to alter this select the "Schedules" page and change accordingly.
6. Click 'OK'.

It should be noted that this Job is not enabled by default in some versions because it has the side-effect of linking email by email address in the archive even if the email address was previously used by another user. This could lead to the current user having unwanted access to the previous users old email. The more recent versions of Archive Manager do not have these Jobs - instead they use the Journal Report Data Loader (JRDL) to perform the same function but without the risk. See the documentation with the newer versions.
