When using the Archive Manager Search Exporter you may receive the error: "Exception from HRESULT (4321658)

When trying to run Archive Manager Search Exporter on a Windows Vista 32-bit/Windows 2008 with Exchange 2007, you may run into the following Error:

The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

USER ACCOUNT CONTROL SECURITY OPTIONS LOCAL POLICY.

Policy Name: "Behavior of the elevation prompt for Administrators in Admin Approval mode"
Policy set to: "Prompt for consent"

1) Open secpol.msc by opening a command prompt and typing secpol.msc <enter>
2) Expand Local Policies
3) Select once on Security Options
4) In the right hand pane, scroll down to the bottom
5) Locate "User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for Administrators in Admin Approval mode" Policy
6) Right click on the above policy and select on properties
7) On the Local Security Setting tab, select on the drop down arrow and choose "Elevate without prompting"
8) Click on Apply and Ok.
