Error: Help icon showing a blank pop-up window in Quest Data Intelligence v10.0

Error: When clicked on ? icon, help icon reflects blank screen across v10.0 Quest Data Intelligence and does not displays the content for the search base

Symptoms: 

When user tries to search for some information from the modules through help (?) icon, the window does not displays the content in v10.0 Quest Data Intelligence

Resolution:

1. Take the backup of the existing file (main.js) from the specified location --> C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 8.5\webapps\QuestDataIntelligence\JavaScripts\main.js
2. Open the file location and search for HTTP and replacee all the HTTP with HTTPS. Save the changes. Snapshot attached for reference
3. Stop the Tomcat service, delete all the log-files and then restart the Tomcat service
4. Check the Quest Data Intelligence v10.0 help icon and it will display the search base contents successfully.
