Question:
How to associate Valid Values to a specific Business Term into Business Glossary module
Symptoms:
When user clicks on the specific Business Term, the association tab for the Valid Values does not show-up any options to include those values from the application
Resolution:
Please follow the below steps to associate valid values to the specific Business term.
- Click on the specific Business Term, and then click the edit icon.
- Navigate to the “Associations” tab, and then click on the “Valid Values” tab, to assign/remove codesets
- Once clicked on the “Assign/ Remove Codesets” icon, you will see the Published Codesets window, where you can select the specific code mappings which are published and add/ associate those mappings to your valid values list
- Click the “Save” icon, and all the published code mappings will be added to your valid values for that specific business term
Once the Valid values are associated, the same repository can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet by selecting the option as "Export to Excel".
