Solution
Incorrect Autodiscover credentials were entered.
Confirm they are correct in the Settings document and on each migration workstation.
On MCC
Open the Settings document to the 'Additional' tab.
On Migration Workstation
Open files Explorer to C:\Program Files (x86)\Binary Tree\CMT for Exchange\Worker\
Double click on ConnectivityTester.exe
Click 'Test' button
Confirm the Autodiscover user name and password fields are correctly populated. Confirm there are no typos, and this is the administrator password used to access the Exchange user mailboxes.
