NM: Outside of cache expiration range notification (4321233)

Issue

A warning is reported in the Notes client status bar when running the Audit Workflow and delegation process in Notes Migrator.
This will report Outside of cache expiration range Date Time Meeting Subject

Solution

This is not an error that requires remediation. This is a notification that there are calendar items that fall outside the cache range for the BT Integration product if that is in use.
The Integration product maintains a cache of current and future repeating meetings for updates to these meetings to be functional during Notes and Outlook coexistence.
Typically, past meetings are not included as they would not be updated by end users, having already been completed.

Note: repeating meetings that start in the past but still have current or future booking dates would be included in the cache update that is preformed by the Maintain Transitional Calendar Workflow process.

The cache expiration retention can be increased on the Notes Migrator Settings under the Mail File Processing tab using the Cache document purge option if the Integration product is in use. This specifies the number of past days to create cache documents should older meetings be required, and this value can be increased.
