NM: Setting the secondary SMTP Address for the target user mailbox (4321218)

Issue

We migrate from Domino to Exchange on premise and I have one mistakes.

When I enable the mailbox from the ECP,
the Default Policy Add 2 addresses SMTP:

But when I use the enable from Notes Migrator , I have only the Email address SMTP

Solution

To set the secondary SMTP address follow these steps in Notes Migration.nsf

Go to 'Provisioning - 2. Post-Enablement Tools' view
Select the user(s) and run the 'Post Migration Actions - Update AD Primary & Secondary SMTP' agent.
Test this before running on multiple users.

If the source Domino user document does not contain an entry for this secondary address, you will either need to update Domino FullName field or use the following:

Update-EmailAddressPolicy

If using a policy to set a secondary address, If DirSync installed and running for this customer, set the ‘Automatically update email addresses based on email address policy’ attribute.

As stated in our CUG, when you enabled the option for Email Address Policy within Dirsync it enables the target object attribute to automatically update email addresses based on the email address policy in Exchange. In other words DirSync cannot apply the email address policy, it only enables the attribute to ‘Automatically update email addresses based on email address policy’ to the target object.
