Upgrading from a version prior to 8.7 will cause a full resynchronization of the folder hierarchy in public folder, mailbox and calendar synchronization jobs.
1. Stop all agents.
2. Close the QMM Console.
3. Upgrade to 8.7:
a. Make sure agents are not started.
b. Make sure QMM console is not started
4. Apply Update 20110228EX (attached to this article).
5. Start QMM Console:
a. Make sure agents are not started.
6. Apply hotfix to agents via the hotfix installation wizard
7. Start the agents.
