Windows Monitor agent fails to connect on local FMS FglAM -
Description
When trying to create an IC agent to monitor FMS/FglAM server, but the local connection is failing.
2013-07-25 15:19:11.623 ECHO HostAgents/5.6.7.1/WindowsAgent/Monitor_local@myhost.net ERROR [Quartz[0]-0] com.quest.remoteos.SystemMonitorImpl - Failed to connect to myhost.net. No data was collected.
com.quest.glue.api.services.RemoteConnectionException: a connection could not be establishedThe credential which has Resource Mappings "IsLocal" exists so the credential is correct. The credential order is also at the lowest value 100 as shown in "Manage Credentials" dashboard.

Cause
The Windows "...\drivers\etc\hosts" file had a # comment in front of the localhost 127.0.0.1 entry.

Resolution
Check the local "...\drivers\etc\hosts" file and ensure that the localhost 127.0.0.1 entry is not commented out.
