RESOLUTION 1
1. Right-click on the downloaded zip and select 'Properties'
2. Select the 'Unlock' option and click 'OK'
3. Extract the contents.
4. Attempt the install/upgrade again using the now unblocked content.
RESOLUTION 2
Use a third party tool (7-zip or WinRAR) to extract the Installation package. These 3rd party tools will not cause the security issues that are applied to the files with in the package.
RESOLUTION 3
Using PowerShell 3.0 and 'Unblock-File' cmdlet...
1. Run the following command (example):
dir c:\temp\Change_Auditor_extracted_download_folder\* | Unblock-File
2. Attempt the install/upgrade again using the now unblocked content.
RESOLUTION 4
Go to autorun.exe properties and click Unblock;
Run cmd.exe and go to autorun folder that located in the RME package;
Run command "dir /R /S *.hta". Zone.Identifier:$DATA means that file must be unblocked
Go to 1033.hta properties and click Unblock
Run the command "dir /R /S *.htm"
Go to "data" folder and Unblock all listed files with Zone.Identifier
Also, unblock the following files:
t00_1033.htm
t01_1033.htm
t02_1033.htm
t03_1033.htm
t04_1033.htm
t05_1033.htm
t06_1033.htm
