The Autorun.exe splash screen is distorted and is missing the Software Requirements Section. -
Description
When running the Autorun.exe in the Install package the Window that comes up is all distorted and out of place and is missing tabs and sections. -
Cause
The Issue is caused by the Windows security system - one of the reasons is - if you download the install package zip-file (from the internet or shared folder) and extract files with the Windows Extraction and Compression tool, some of the files will be marked like "downloaded from the unsecure place". -
Resolution
RESOLUTION 11. Right-click on the downloaded zip and select 'Properties'2. Select the 'Unlock' option and click 'OK'3. Extract the contents.4. Attempt the install/upgrade again using the now unblocked content.RESOLUTION 2Use a third party tool (7-zip or WinRAR) to extract the Installation package. These 3rd party tools will not cause the security issues that are applied to the files with in the package.RESOLUTION 3Using PowerShell 3.0 and 'Unblock-File' cmdlet...1. Run the following command (example):dir c:\temp\Change_Auditor_extracted_download_folder\* | Unblock-File2. Attempt the install/upgrade again using the now unblocked content.RESOLUTION 4Go to autorun.exe properties and click Unblock;Run cmd.exe and go to autorun folder that located in the RME package;Run command "dir /R /S *.hta". Zone.Identifier:$DATA means that file must be unblockedGo to 1033.hta properties and click UnblockRun the command "dir /R /S *.htm"Go to "data" folder and Unblock all listed files with Zone.IdentifierAlso, unblock the following files:t00_1033.htmt01_1033.htmt02_1033.htmt03_1033.htmt04_1033.htmt05_1033.htmt06_1033.htm
