Error restoring attachments on a terminal server when using roaming profiles

Error restoring part 1.1 (5:RE: Implementation of our new em...): Microsoft Outlook: Error -2147287037: Cannot save the attachment

Error restoring part 1.1: ADODB.Stream: Error 3004: Write to file failed. 

This error is caused by the Temporary Internet Files Folder not being included with the roaming profile. When Outlook attempts to reconstruct an archived message the temporary folder used does not exist

To resolve the problem

Include the Temporary Internet Files folder with the roaming profile

- or -

Change the folder location Outlook uses for saving attachments

Note: Outlook 2019 will create the directory when you either open a message with an attachment that was not archived by AM or view a message with the preview pane that was not archived by AM. Once this has been done, the message attachment restores using the aftermail form.
