Resolution
Follow the Steps Below to Change the QueryTime out peroid to 2400 seconds on the MessageStats Database server.
1. Open SQL Management Studio and Connect to your MessageStats database server
2. Right click on your server name in the object explorer view and select properties
3. Click on the Connection Tab.
4. Change the Remote Query to Timeout in Seconds to 2400.
