During a delta migration. will mail that has been placed in folders on Exchange be migrated to the original location causing duplicate messages?

Resolution
No, as the Notes Migrator for Exchange does a Message ID lookup while migrating to see if the message has been previously migrated, it will skip any messages in the entire mailbox with a matching message ID. This includes mail that has been moved to folders and sorted.
