The only way to remove an Exchange Organization is to remove all the data that is associated with it also. To do so please follow the steps below.
1. Backup the MessageStats database in case there are any issues.
2. In the MessageStats Console Expand Database Management - Delete Data and select Object Data.
3. Check off the Organizations check box and then select the Exchange Organization you would like to remove and click the Delete Object Button.
This will remove the Exchange Org from the Database and all of its data. If any Tasks are associated with this Org those will need to be deleted manually.
