Hotkeys F5, F9, F3, etc are not working in Toad -
Description
Whenever the hotkeys F5, F9, F3 etc are executed, Toad does not work as expected.
For example: when executing F9, Toad does not run the query. Instead, it will open an external program in Windows.
This issue applies for all the Function / Hotkeys.
