WORKAROUND:
There are two ways to do it:
1. Bring over the Connections.xml file from a previous version to a new version.
The file is located on the user settings folder:
C:\Users\<<USERNAME>>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad Data Point X.X
2. Select the Export connections and then the Import connections from the main connection windows.
