An error occurred while attempting to save the Active Administrator configuration settings. Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation
Description

At startup or during upgrade/install, the Active Administrator Console user interface does not load, or returns error "An error occurred while attempting to save the Active Administrator configuration settings. Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation".
Cause

Corrupt settings file.
Resolution
- End any AAConsole.exe processes running in Task Manager.
- Rename the AAsettings.xml file in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Quest\Active Administrator
- Re-launch the AA Console.
