Sys admin role need only be applied to the SQL agent for Log Shipping jobs.
You can change the on a login role by using the following path:
|Control Panel|Administrative Tools|Computer Management
Click on 'Local User and Group'
Click on 'Users'
To change the login on the service, use the following path:
|Control Panel|Administrative Tools|Services|SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER|Log On
