SQL Navigator becomes non-responsive when a query is running in one tab and the a table describe is perfomed in another tab.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Type in the following query in one Editor tab:
SELECT dbms_pipe.receive_message( 'This is a test, 100 ) FROM dual
2. Open another tab and type in an existing table name.
3. Press CTRL+Click or ALT+Enter to describe the table name in the second editor window while the query in step 1 is still running.
Actual results:
SQL Navigator freezes completely until the query finishes executing.
On looking at Task Manager, SQL Navigator appears with a status of "Not Responding".
