The Windows Mobile Devices reports do not have any data in them (4318906)

When accessing the Windows Moble Devices reports they all show no data.

The Windows Mobile Devices gathering has not been run successfully against all Mailbox Servers.

For the Windows Mobile Devices report pack 1.0.2 and older it is required that a Windows Mobile Devices gathering be run per Mailbox server.

For the Windows Mobile Devices report pack 1.0.3 and later a Windows Mobile Devices gathering must be run at the orginization level.

For Windows Mobile Devices Report pack 1.0.2 or older:

1. Right click on a Mailbox server and select create task.

2. Name the Task then Select the Windows Mobile Devices Gathering and click next accepting the defaults for the rest of the screens.

For Windows Mobile Devices Report pack 1.0.3 or later:

1. Right click on your Organization name and select Create Task.

2. Name the task then select the Windows Mobile Default Gathering click next accept the defaults for the rest of the screens.

The Mobile Devices report also requires that the following gathering tasks have completed successfully:

Mailbox Account Properties (part of the Default Gathering template)
Windows Mobile Devices (part of the Windows Mobile Default Gathering template)
