This warning is manufactured as a result of NME's inability to determine the design template or statistics of the .nsf file that was found.
Notes Migrator for Exchange examines the Cataog.nsf file to see what other Notes environments are outside the Names.nsf file that was detected with Directory Exporter. It's possible that the mail file paths that are listed in the error log are not accessible by NME.
Check that your network connection is working. If you have a working connection, in Lotus Notes - go to Preferences - Notes Ports and click Trace to discover where it breaks down.
This may not be a warning that can be fixed as It's saying that the catalog.nsf file references a mail file sitting in a location, but that location is either incorrect or NME is not able to reach it. Both are valid reasons for seeing that warning.
If the statistics on the files listed in the Catalog.nsf file are not needed, use the Offline=1 setting in the INI and that will make it so NME only looks at files in the Names.nsf file and not use the Catalog.nsf.
