When migrating personal addressbooks, the error is displayed: [4616-33-135-00000000] Unable to open personal address book 'CN=USER/O=Local!!mail\user'
The NSF file may not be readable or may be locked.
RESOLUTION 1
Verify that the NSF file in question is not being used by others. Then go to the Domino Console and run the following command:
dbcache flush
This command will release any connections that the Domino server is holding to the NSF file.
RESOLUTION 2
1) Find the offending NSF file and copy it to a central location
2) Export the desired user collection from Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange to TSV (Tab Separated Value)
3) Modify the PABsPath column, using a full path or UNC path to NSF file
4) Once complete, import the TSV file back into Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange.
5) Run the Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange 'Locate Notes Data Store' wizard and choose the new "Use Path from database" radio button (Note: If this does not appear, then the TSV import did not work)
6) Once complete, use the Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange 'Migrator User Data' wizard to move the personal addressbook.
Things to NOTE:
- if you wish to avoid the duplicate entries in the Quest database for mailfiles you can specify Add/Replace when running the Locate Notes Datastores.
