"ERROR: Unable to open target mail store" during a migration to BPOS
Description

While migrating to BPOS the following error is encountered in the log file and the migration for the user fails.
ERROR: Unable to open target mailstore.
Cause

The Migration account may be exceeding the maximum number of simultaneous MAPI connections if using multiple migration consoles.
Resolution

Create one migration account per migration server to ensure maximum throughput and to avoid this error message.
