Could no validate license on SQLServerName Unable to connect to database. Login failed. (4318260)

When tying to open the MessageStats Console you will see the following error.

Could no validate license on SQLServerName Unable to connect to database. Login failed. The login is from untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows Authentication .
If you are unable to resolve issues when connecting to the database server, you may need to use SQL Authentication to connect to the database server. Please review the Installation Issues section of the MessageStats Release notes.
 

Confirm that the SQL server (and instance if applicable) that MessageStats is configured to connect to is up and running, able to communicate and the MessageStats database is hosted on the server. To check which SQL server MessageStats is currently configured to use:

1. Open the MessageStats console
2. Right click the third node from the top (your MessageStats servername) and select Properties
3. Select the Database tab
4. Click the Ellipsis (...)
5. Confirm the SQL server name (and instance if applicable) is correct
6. Click Test Connection
