Cause
Unable to remove a license option because it is selected not to be assigned. -
Resolution
Currently E1, E2, E3 and E4 plans are supported.
Newer plans such as E5 and other types may work using this workaround.
WORKAROUND
Enable all the service plan options in the Migrator for Notes to Exchange's Migration Manager (MNE)On the Select Office 365 Administration Operations screen within MNE the following items must all be check.
- Office Professional Plus
- Lync Online
- SharePoint Online
- Office Web Apps
- Exchange Online
Note: If a service plan is not available, it will not be assigned. Notes Migrator for Exchange will not attempt to unassign the service plan and allow Migration Manager to avoid the warning.
