How to add Insertion Strings as columns to a Repository Viewer report
Description

How to add Insertion Strings as columns as columns when running or scheduling reports in InTrust 11.x Repository Viewer.
Resolution
1. Highlight the Search\Report in Repository Viewer
2. In the row that contains the column headers (When, What, Where), furthest to the left there is the button with two boxes on it. Click the button.
3. In the Field Chooser pop-up box, click the drop-down box where "Normalized Strings" is displayed and select "Insertion Strings"
4. Add the desired Insertion Strings
5. The Insertion Strings will now appear in the Columns and any future report
