Description

Archive task fails: An error has occurred. Will retry in 30 seconds. This is retry 1 of 10. Error: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.tblDistinctProperty' with unique index 'IX_PCode_PValue_tblDistinctProperty'.
Resolution
Before running the SQL query below on the active Archive database, make sure you have a current backup of the Active Administrator databases.
- Restart the Active Administrator foundation service to terminate the archive task if it is hung.
- Open SQL Server Management Studio.
- Expand Databases.
- Right click the active archive database for Active Administrator and select "New Query".
- Execute the SQL query below:
Delete tblDistinctProperty

Run the archive task to confirm the issue is resolved.
