How to modify the Active Tiles refresh time and rotation rate. -
Resolution
By default, the active tiles on the Home page and landing pages automatically refresh every 30 minutes and rotate every 30 seconds.
To customize the active tile refresh time and rotation rate, follow the steps below:
- Select the Settings drop down menu on the upper right corner of the console screen.
- Select User Options | General.
- Under Landing Pages/Active Tiles, modify the active tiles time and rotation rate by typing the new values in the boxes.
- When finished, click OK.
