DNS A and DNS PTR records not being tracked

Cause
By default, we now set DNS A and DNS PTR records to disabled as they tend to cause a lot of event traffic.

Resolution
In the ChangeAuditor Client:
- Click "View | Administration" on the File Menu.
- Click "Auditing" on the lower left side.
- Click "Audit Events" on the upper left side.
- Type "DNS Zone" in the "Facility Name" column.
- Enable both "DNS A record added" and "DNS A record removed".
- Enable both "DNS PTR record added" and "DNS PTR record removed".
After making these changes, your ChangeAuditor Agents will need to be refreshed to get their new configuration or simply wait a few minutes and they should get the new settings automatically.
