Description
Active Template delegation status shows as "Unknown".

Cause
The AFS Foundation Server service could not load the delegations into memory.

Resolution
Restart the AFS Foundation Server service and check the AFS.log for an error message stating "An error occurred while attempting to start the delegation watcher. Access to the path is denied." By default, this log is located under C:\Program Files\Quest\Active Administrator\Server\LOGGING
Check the security on the ActiveAdministrator share. By default, "Everyone" has Full Control. At a minimum, the Active Administrator service accounts and the users who run the Active Administrator console should have Full Control.
