When a diagram .TER file is open, with no changes in the file, the save button is active.
When the .TER file has been changed and saved, the save button remains always active.
There is an asterisk (*) that appears when a file has been modified. In the case of the diagram .TER file this asterisk (*) never appears after have modified the file. In addition, the save button keeps always active with or without the asterisk (*) in the file.
The save button does not update when there is a change or not in a file because is always active.
