Launch the Active Administrator console.
Expand the Security & Delegation module.
Select "Security".
Expand the Domain.
Right click the Domain or an (OU) Organizational Unit.
Select "Reports".
Select "Delegated Permissions".
Note: If the Domain is very large, then try running the report against an OU first to see how long it takes to render. If permissions have been delegated via Active Templates, then run the report for "Active Templates Delegated Permissions Details Report".
