Issue
A message will display on an end user workstation if the Archive Migrator email button is clicked for a second time after the process has been completed.
Solution
This is the "Prepare my archives for migration" button in the Local Archive Discovery Notes Migrator (CMTe) Message Template.
This message is by design to prevent duplicates from being created in Notes Migrator.
In the event that the process does need to be run again, if the archive replica is not created or the Notes Migrator database (nsf) person document is not created, then please follow the below steps on the end user workstation:
1. Open the Windows user account environment application data folder (%AppData%).
2. Locate the binary file that is created by the Archive migrator (eg 2143312615_ckpt.bin).
3. Rename or remove this file (eg 2143312615_ckpt.bak).
Then in the Notes Migrator Notes database check for any archive person documents that may have been created previously and delete these.
Finally have the end user click the button in the email again or send the Local Archive Discovery email again from Notes Migrator for them to use a new button email.
