InTrust is unable to delete the log file after gathering (4316486)

InTrust is unable to delete the log file after gathering and the following is recorded when the Gathering job runs:

The account that is configured to run the gathering job on the server that is reporting the warning does not have Administrator permissions on that server.

WORKAROUND

1. Locate the Gathering policy in the Gathering Job that is returning the warning message
2. Expand the Gathering policies and right-click the log file that is not being deleted and select Properties
3. In the General tab, un-check the option 'Clear log files after gathering"

RESOLUTION

1. Locate the Site in the Gathering Job that is returning the warning message
2. Expand the Configuration | Sites, right-click the Site that is in the Gathering Job, and select Properties
3. In the Account tab, verify that the account listed in "To access site objects, use:" has Administrator permissions on the server that is reporting the warning
4. If "Task Account" is specified in the "To access site objects, use:"  field, ensure the InTrust service account has Administrator permissions on the server that is reporting the warning
