Permissions in outlook delegates are not visible after migration (4316476)

When opening tools | options | delegates, and selecting a user and clicking "Permissions", all permissions are shown as "none", although the user did have permissions before the migration

Such an issue can occur if MS Outlook 2003 the users have does not have SP1 installed before the migration.

Ensuring the SP1 is installed for the MS Outlook 2003 would avoid having such an issue after migration, but, installing SP1 after the issue is noticed will not resolve it for the current users. To resolve for the current users the following needs to be done:

1. SP1 to be installed for the MS Outlook 2003.
2. The source user's permission entry needs to be removed from the Delegates in Outlook (that would be the PublicDelegates attribute in Active Directory).

The PublicDelegates entry of the source user can be cleaned up either manually, or using the Active Directory Processing Wizard components with the cleanup option selected (Important note: If Active Directory Processing Wizard is used, please ensure only the relevant objects are selected for the cleanup, and only the relevant options under the processing options as well, the PublicDelegates will be under the "Process Exchange 2000 Directory Permissions" option).
